We are thrilled to offer this extensive list of transplants for the first time this year!  These are the very same varieties we sell here at the farm each spring and therefore are my personal favorites.  There are hundreds to choose from so take your time and pick any varieties that sound good to you. Detailed descriptions are in online catalog for some varieties. If you prefer not to receive a similar substitute for sold out varieties, order EARLY !!!
                                 
 Here is how to order from this list:

1. Choose any varieties you wish, however we are selling these transplants in lots of six only, with a minimum of six plants per order.  You can mix or match tomatoes, sweet peppers, chile peppers or eggplants.  Each lot of six plants are $29.70 including shipping and handling.
2. To order from this list you must either mail, email (mj@mariseeds.com) or fax (615/441-6445) your order along with a credit card number or check.  You can not go through Pay Pal. 
3. Simply write your order on a sheet of paper.  If you like you may print out an order form and use that.
4. Make sure your order includes your address and telephone number.
5. Choose from these two shipment dates: APRIL 15th- MAY 1st  or May 1st- May15th

AKER’S WEST VIRGINIA- A favorite among seed savers.  One of the fullest bodied rich reds.  Excellent.
ANGELO’S RED- Huge 2 lbs. boat shaped  beefsteaks with old time tomato flavor. Great bragging ‘mater. From Italy.                                                     
ANDREW RAHART’S JUMBO RED - Popular with seed savers. Big, deep red beefsteaks, meaty. Productive.
BRANDYWINE OTV- Large potato leaf plants.  Very large red-orange fruits.
CAROL CHYKO’S LARGE PASTE - 1lb.+ beefsteaks are very meaty, very productive. Juicy excellent flavor.
CHAPMAN -Tasty super red slicer, 1-2 lbs. Bears heavily. Like grandpa used to grow.

LEVINO - A great Italian heirloom. Very large red-orange beefsteaks with perfect acid  to sweet ratio.
MAGNUM BEEFSTEAK - My favorite red beefsteak in ‘04 . Huge fruits, huge production,very disease resistant.
NEVES AZOREAN RED-     My favorite red beefsteak in ‘05.  Most delicious flesh, extreme producer, disease resistant. Heavy, healthy dark green foliage.  Grows tall and spreads wide!
SCARLET TOPPER -  Aka Pritchard's.   Competes with Old Brooks for your perfect large, round, red tomato.
SYVAN GAUME - Very rare. Semi heart shaped beefsteaks can grow to 3 lbs. Deep rich tomato flavor.
OLD BROOKS -  Can’t grow a prettier tomato than Old Brooks.  Beautiful smooth shouldered perfect red globes.           
CHUCK’S -10- 18 oz. Very pretty beefsteaks. Bears heavily, superb flavor.
GERMAID RED -One of the richest, full bodied reds you can grow. A mega producer  of beautiful fluted beefsteaks.

------MEDIUM REDS------

ALICE ROOSEVELT - Great producer of perfect, blemish free juicy red globes with great old time tomato flavor.
BACONNE’ - Beautiful red globes with a very nice sugar/ acid ratio. From Italy
BOX CAR WILLIE- A nice sweet/ tart beefsteak.  Medium size.  Heavy bearing.  Semi-determinate.
COSTOLUTO GENOVESE - Famous Italian variety. Dark red, rich and sweet. Beautiful fluted fruits. Popular variety.
DRUZBA- Excellent main crop. Perfect scarlet globes with rich sweet flavor. A favorite.
GANTI - Intense rich tomato flavor.  Nicely shaped 10  oz. globes.
HAM GREEN FAVORITE- Ham is a contender with Master Caruso for the best robust red  salad tomato.
FLAVOR STEAK- Great tasting blemish free globes at about 8-12 ozs. Highly requested. 8-12 oz.
MARIANNE’S- Heavy producer of cute small beefsteaks. Wonderful flavor. Great lunch boxer.
MASTER CARUSO -My favorite medium sized  red tomato in 2004.  Very intense, full tomato flavor.  6 oz.  Superb!
NEPAL-  Highest producing red.  Juicy great flavored 10-12 globes.  Great for juicing or canning. Perfectly round and no blemishes.
PERON SPRAYLESS -  Famous for great disease tolerance and production. Perfect, round, fruits . Main crop.
RED BRANDYWINE-  A favorite red of all who try it.  Crisp, bright, old tomato flavor.  Excellent!
SIOUX -  Three things about Sioux, It loves the heat, sets tons of fruits, and tastes very, very good.  This is a good acidic tomato.
SUGAR BEESTEAK- Rare potato leaf red sets out many wonderful sweet heavily fluted beefsteaks.
THESSOLONIKI- Greek.  Prettiest deep red globes you’ve ever seen. Flavor is outstanding. Perfect main cropper.   
       
------RED CHERRIES------

CAMP JOY CHERRY -  A very popular  large red cherry with wonderful old time flavor. Extreme production.
CHERRIO- Another grape shaped red cherry. I adore this one. If left to sweeten fully on the vine, they are sugar sweet. 
GRAPE - Don’t pay $ 3.00 a pint at the store. Grow your own!  Very sweet. Oval shape.
MATT’S WILD CHERRY-   You’ll never taste ANYTHING  as sweet as this small red cherry tomato. Sets clusters.
POMODORI  A. GRAPPIOLI D’INVERNO - Italy. These cherries are super sweet and can be dried easily.
SPOON  -  A teeny tiny red cherry. Really cute and tasty, you can fit about ten of ‘em on a teaspoon.
RED CALABASH-  A favorite red cherry. Tiny fluted beefsteaks are delish and full of intense old time tomato flavor.
RED FIG- Similar to Red Pear only with tiny little slim necks.  Unique.   
RED PEAR- The standard pear shaped red cherry.
RUBY PEARL- Very small oval shaped ruby cherries with pointed ends. I adore the flavor. Very rare.
RIDEAU SWEET - My favorite large cherry. Rich and sweet beyond description.
RISENTRAUBE-  German grape tomato with pointed ends.
SUGAR DADDY - Great name for a great big, sweet and beautiful red cherry tomato ! Everyone will adore them!   
                                                       
------LARGE  PINKS AND PURPLES------

AUNT GINNY’S PURPLE - Many  heirloom lovers think Aunt Ginny’s is better than Brandywine, me included. 18oz.
BLACK MOUNTAIN PINK- Smooth as silk.  Meaty pink with fabulous mild  sweet flavor.  Swirls of rose through interior. This rare gem is from Kentucky and one of my very favorites.
BRADLEY- Large beefsteaks. Nice and meaty.  A Southern favorite known for it’s sweetness and  disease resistance.
BRANDYWINE-  Brandywine is generally acknowledged as the “Queen Mother” of heirlooms. It’s an old Amish tomato, and one of the first  I tried. I thought I had died and gone to tomato heaven! Large beautiful beefsteaks have superb flavor. 
BOONDOCKS- Beautiful thick potato leaf foliage. Wonderful flavor, 1-2 lbs. High yielding.
BUTTERWORTH’S POTATO LEAF - Super sweet intense deep pink beefsteaks borne in profusion on pretty potato leaf plants.  Right up there in flavor with Aunt Ginny’s Purple.
CASPIAN PINK- A lot of folks like this one better than Brandywine. High producer of perfect smooth deep rose fruits.
CHIANTI ROSE - My favorite pink this summer. Creamy and dense sweet flesh. An outstanding variety! Potato leaf.
CHEROKEE PURPLE-  Most beautiful tomato you’ll ever see. Cherokee produces an abundance of dusky pink-purple fruits with olive shoulders. Interiors are brick red . Flavor is earthy and  sweet.  Unique!   A real delight!
CHURCH- My second  favorite pink tomato in ‘02.  One of the largest, most substantial, sweet, pink prizes around.  In ‘05 a 5 pounder!  Not only are they huge, but plants are literally covered in fruits. A gotta try!
CLEOTA PINK-  From East Tn. About the deepest rose color of any pink you’ll see. Large and super sweet. 3 & 4 lbs. possible. This tomato will really impress you in every way possible.
GERMAN HEAD- Huge, well shaped oblate fruits. A very old heirloom. Very beautiful fruits. Excellent flavor.
GIANT BELGIUM - Old heirloom can grow to 4 lbs!  Meaty mild and sweet. Very popular.
HEART OF THE BULL- Very dense and meaty with tiny seed cavities, a real substantial beefsteak with great flavor.
JEFF DAVIS-Extremely large 2- 3 lb. fruits in good soil. Dark rose flesh. Excellent flavor. Old  Alabama heirloom. Potato leaf.
KOSOVO-This is probably the sweetest of all the oxheart ot heart-shaped tomatoes. It’s meaty and  very productive.
MARIANNA’S PEACE- Creamy and silky texture. Very popular with heirloom lovers. Sets plenty of beefsteak fruits.
HUNGARIAN HEART SHAPED- Largest producing in ‘02. Beautiful huge 2 lb. pink heart shaped fruits are solid meat. Few seeds.
ITALIAN PURPLE-Another great Italian tomato! Color and flavor similar to Aunt Ginny’s Purple. Very large beefsteaks with purplish cast.
MORTGAGE LIFTER - Old  man paid off his mortgage with his crop of “Lifters” Perfect tomato old time flavor.
RICHARDSON TOMATO - TN. heirloom , Huge fruits are delicious and some of the prettiest you can grow. Over 2 lbs.
STUMP OF THE WORLD - Beautiful potato leaf . Huge dense, meaty beefsteaks. A real favorite of mine. Very popular.
TIDWELL GERMAN- My favorite large  pink beefsteak in 2004. Very meaty,huge crop, first class flavor.
WATERMELON BEEFSTEAK - Heirloom dates back to the 1800’s. Great old-time tomato flavor.

------MEDIUM PINKS------

BURGUNDY TRAVELER - Perfect rose globes. A favorite of all who try it because of supreme flavor and production.   
GRACE LAHMAN PINK - Very similar to the above, perhaps higher yielding. Main Crop.
EVA PURPLE BALL - Eva is considered by many tomato junkies to be the prettiest of all tomatoes.  Excellent flavor.
FUZZY- Believe it or not, the fruits of this 6 oz.  tomato have fuzzy skins. They look like pink suede! Yummy too.
MISSOURI PINK LOVE APPLE -  Another great main crop for our area. Perfect rose globes. Flavor is wonderful. 
OLD ITALIAN - First prize winner in ‘02. You  gotta try it to believe it!

-------PINK CHERRIES------

AMISH SALAD - Light pink 1 oz. grape shaped fruits. Light and sweet.
“ BABYWINE ”  -   A “ sport” of Brandywine. Pink salad size ovals with the great taste of their parentage.
CHERRY BRANDYWINE - Wow!  Perfect mini Brandywine beefsteaks. I adore them.
DR. CAROLYN PINK - Light pink oval cherries with a delicate seet flavor. Team it up with Dr. Carolyn for lovely salads.
ROSALITA- These “pink” grapes are rare and much sweeter than the red  variety. Kids will adore them!
SUGARY- A larger pink grape with pointed ends. Very yummy.
VALLEY GIRL- Another tiny beefsteak.  Deep rose, almost purple. So rich and sweet! 
                    
------LARGE YELLOWS AND ORANGES------

AMANA ORANGE - Beautiful!  Deep orange, solid and meaty  beefsteaks grow huge. A favorite.
AUNT GERTIE’S GOLD- Garden web’s most requested yellow.   Oddly shaped, but supreme flavor!
BARNE’S MOUNTAIN YELLOW- Rare kentucy heirloom.  Large fruits can weigh in at 3-4 lbs.  Sweet and mild.
CHUCK'S YELLOW BEEFSTEAK - Perfect ,fine large beefsteak. High producer. Right up there with Yellow Brandywine.
DR. WHYCHE’S YELLOW- Favorite of seed savers. 8-20 ozs. Very pretty gold- orange.  Great flavor and texture.
HUGHES - A favorite. Unique light yellow  translucent beefsteaks with incredible texture and flavor hard to describe.
JUMBO JIM ORANGE - Extreme producer of perfect smooth, blemish free globes, 10-20 ozs. Sweet fruity flavor.
MAMMOTH GERMAN GOLD- Big gold-orange beefsteaks. German heirloom.
MEXICAN YELLOW - A favorite in ‘00 trials. Try to keep all these 12- 20oz. fruits picked!
ORANGE OXHEART -  Solid, meaty, heart shape ,orange flesh with few seeds. Excellent for fresh use or saucing.
SPARK’S YELLOW- Rivals Yellow Brandywine for creamy sweet texture and flavor.  Potato leaf.
YELLOW BRANDYWINE - This is the ultimate yellow tomato and my very favorite. It has  exquisite complex flavors and a creamy texture that is heavenly. Every one who tries it, loves it!  Potato leaf.
                    
------MEDIUM YELLOWS AND ORANGES------

EARL OF EDGECOME- Gold orange globes are perfectly round with no blemishes.  Excellent flavor.
INDIAN MOON -Blemish free  gold  globes with thick meaty walls. Sweet and fruity.
LIMMONY- Deep golden-orange beefsteaks with great mild sweet flavor.
OLGA’S ROUND YELLOW CHICKEN - Extreme producer of beautiful gold - orange  globes.           
PERSIMMON - Medium size smooth globes are deep brilliant orange with very sweet and fruity flavor. High producing.
    
------YELLOW AND ORANGE CHERRIES------

DR. CAROLYN - Named after  Dr. Carolyn Male, author of “100 Heirlooms for the American Garden” Light yellow- white.
JUANE  FLAMME’ -Beautiful large 4 oz. orange fruits dazzle the eye with a stunning rose blush when sliced open.
ILDI- The ‘yellow” grape tomato. Team it up with  red Grape for dual color salad  grapes!
SUN GOLD - The only hybrid worth growing. Orange  cherries are tropical, melon, winey. Sweet beyond words. 
SUN DROP- Large 2-4 oz. deep golden fruits. Heavy production. Fruity and sweet.  Great salad tomato.
YELLOW PEAR - Small yellow pear cherries .Great for snacking and salads. High producing variety. Wonderful for relishes or pickles.
COYOTE - Currant type Pea sized fruits. Unique melon, rose, tropical fruit flavor. I’m addicted to them.
                                                       
-----BI-COLORS------

BIG RAINBOW - Old heirloom. Gold 1-2 lb. + beefsteaks with red steaks throughout.
ISIS CANDY- Very rare. This is a  bi- color cherry tomato!  Need I say more?  Salad anyone?
MARVEL STRIPED- One huge  and delicious bi-color!  Some fruits will be slightly heart-shaped.
OAXACAN JEWEL- Many think this is the prettiest, with the deepest colors of gold, orange  and  red.
STRIPED GERMAN -   1-2 lb. juicy and sweet yellow beefsteak with red streaking throughout.
TIGER PAW - They look exactly like tiger pads! 4 oz. light yellow with pink steaks. Very sweet with tropical overtones.

------BLUSHING------

GOLDEN QUEEN - Old Henderson’s Seeds. Pale yellow with pink blushing.!  l lb. & up.
PINK GRAPEFRUIT - Medium size light yellow globes with pink blushing interiors. Sweet and fruity. Very beautiful.
GOLDEN PONDEROSA - My favorite blusher. Very sweet  with real creamy texture.
LENNY AND GRACIE’S KENTUCKY-  Mega producer of pale yellow fruits with pink blushing. Very old heirloom .

------GREENS------

AUNT RUBY’S GERMAN GREEN- The cotton candy of the greens!  Everyone’s favorite at the ‘05 tasting. Pink blush runs throughout.
CHEROKEE GREEN - Very impressed was I this summer with this green fruit. Plenty of fluted small to medium size gems of superior earthy sweet flavor. If you have never tried a green before, give this one try.
EVERGREEN - Large, green when ripe beefsteak.   Turns golden green on the outside when ripe. Interiors are bright lime.
GREEN GRAPE -  A large grape shaped  green when ripe cherry tomato. Juicy and sweet. The strain I have is the indeterminate one.
GREEN PINEAPPLE - Large, tropical flavored. Gold blushing on green fruits.
GREEN SAUSAGE - A green sausage shaped paste type perfect for tropical salsas. Dwarf plants are rigorous producers.
GREEN ZEBRA - Medium globes with dark green stripes are unique. Flavor isn’t as good as Evergreen. Use it for salsas.

-------BLACKS------

BLACK CHERRY-Yummy!  Very rare. Gorgeous burgundy sweet cherries for snacking or dramatic salad presentations.
BLACK- Large and high yielding. The lightest black. Rose with gray casting.
BLACK FROM TULA- An excellent flavored, high producer of medium beefsteaks.Favorite with myself and seed savers.
BLACK KRIM -  Nice large beefsteak, mahogany-brown-red with olive shoulders. Interiors are   garnet and olive. Spicey.   
BLACK PLUM  - Yummy small black pear shaped fruits are unique and very tasty.
BLACK BRANDYWINE-  Another in the Brandywine family, this is an excellent black tomato. Variable shapes and sizes.
BORDO- Probably the prettiest black tomato with a rainbow of color and great taste.  Copper kettle with reflections!
CHEROKEE CHOCOLATE- Beautiful variety. Fruits grow very large and are a breathtaking copper, olive, ruby. Strange flavor to me and I would probably use them more for salsas or cooking.
FRANKSTEIN BLACK- Heavy production of  garnet, gray olive beefsteaks at 14 oz.
GERMAN BLACK- Seed from Lewis Windsor, here in Dickson. Heavy bearing. Nice flavored black variety.
INDISCHE FLEISCH- Beautiful smooth fruits have gray- lime skins and garnet flesh.  Excellent flavor.
INDIAN DARK VIOLET BEEFSTEAK-  10 oz. dark red-brown fruits with deep garnet interiors.
INDIAN STRIPE- Olive green- garnet fruits.
JAPANESE TRIFELE BLACK- Gorgeous purple, olive pear shaped fruits. One of the most beautiful of all blacks.
MR. BROWN - Rare black. Medium size garnet, red brown fluted  fruits with excellent flavor. Prolific
SARA BLACK- Extra large black has a beautiful smooth shape and taste is excellent.
SHUGAN - Highly prolific.  Plum shaped black fruits at 5 oz. hang in clusters.
SLOVENIAN BLACK- The highest producing black I’ve grown to date! Nice large pear shaped fruits hang in clusters of 12 or more! Outstanding flavor. Great for markets.
SOUTHERN NIGHT- Always a big hit at the tomato tastings.  Rare potato leaf plants .  Smoky rich flavored fruits.

------WHITES------

GREAT WHITE -Very low acid. Giant white beefsteaks are sweet and very meaty. When fully ripe they blush pink. 
IVORY EGG - Cream colored perfect egg shaped fruits. Fabulous producer.
SNOW STORM-  6  oz.  cream globes have tropical fruity flavor and are long keepers. Blush yellow when ripe.  Production is fabulous. I love Snow Storm.
WHITE HEIRLOOM- A flavorful medium sized beefsteak with yellow blushing when ripe. Extreme producer.
MIRABELLE BLANCHE- Small cream cherries. Blush yellow and pink when ripe.
WHITE RABBIT-  Currant type. Tiny tropical, pear, wine flavor. Intensely sweet . One of my very favorites.
           
------STRIPES------

BLACK ZEBRA- Beautiful 4 oz. black fruits with olive green stripes on skin.
COPIA - Large pink fruits with  very fine stripes of gold.
BIG ZEBRA- Looks like a larger version of Green Zebra but has a rose blushing and is better tasting.
STRIPED ROMAN - Italian paste tomato. Red with orange stripes.
 ITALIAN PASTE TOMATOES
BISIGNANO #2 - From Italy. Meaty plum tomatoes in 4 distinct shapes.  Excellent tasty canner and also fresh use.
ERNIE’S PLUMP- My favorite plum. Extreme producer of fat plums, many double. Makes the best home canned tomatoes and sauces. Rich, sweet and deep dark red. Very rare.
ENORMOUS PLUM- Giant fat oxheart fruits. Solid meat, no seeds.  Really grows enormous!!!!!!!!! I’ll say it again, enormous!
RIO GRANDE-  You could invite John Wayne over for pasta with your gigantic harvest of  large, fat, meaty, dense reds canners!  Semi- determinate.
RUSSIAN BIG ROMA- Large red fat plums. Quite meaty. Wonderful flavor. Big crop for the long season.
SAN MARZANO-  This is the variety in the expensive imported canned plum tomatoes.  Known to be one of the very best for flavor.  Very popular with good reason.   
SAN REMO - The highest producing true paste. Red  5’’ long, heavy, seedless fruits. Excellent flavor. My largest selling paste seed!  My strain will set  20 percent round hearts with the sausages that are very dense and kick ---- for canning.
SUPER ITALIAN PASTE - A true paste tomato from Italy. Long  banana shaped fruits are very meaty. Prolific for sure!
MEXICAN PASTE - A must for canning. Extreme production of squarish ovals. Fruit at same time. Excellent flavor.
NAPOLI- Determinate that sets fruits all at once.  Great flavor and producer of 4 oz. fruits.
JUMBO ROMA - Huge meaty roma tomatoes are produced all summer long. Fill up your  canning kettle quick!
MARTINO’S ROMA- Determinate. Heavy cropper of red elongated pears.
SWEET ORANGE ROMA - Yes, there are orange roma tomatoes and this is my favorite. An extreme producer. 
ROMAN CANDLE -Screaming yellow, pepper shaped paste tomatoes. How about some yellow salsa?
STUFFING TOMATOES
SCHIMMEIG STRIPED HOLLOW- Pepper shaped hollow  fruits. Red, orange stripes.                       
LIBERTY BELL - Bell pepper shaped hollow stuffer. Red.
YELLOW - Same as the above, but bright yellow.
ORANGE STUFFER- Same as the above, but  orange.      
                                                        
-------SWEET  PEPPERS------

BACSKIA- Crunchy, super sweet, pendant shape. White-yellow to bright red. superb flavor.
CHOCOLATE BELL- Garnet- red- brown bells. Sweetest of all the colors!
CHOCOLATE MINI  BELL- Tiny version of the above. Very prolific.
YELLOW MINI BELL- Tiny yellow bells. Great for stuffing. 
GOLDEN MARCONI- Huge golden Italian bullhorn. Fresh use or frying.
GIANT ARCONCAGUA- Celery to red , gigantic, apple sweet. 3 lobe. 12” long!
CHOCOLATE GEORGESCU- Chocolate cubanelle type peppers.  Crunchy and very sweet.
CORNO DI TORO RED- Huge- 14” long bull’s horn peppers from Italy.
CORNO DI TORO YELLOW- Same as the above only deep lemon colored.
CUNEO- My favorite yellow pepper. Pointed bells with very thick walls.  Sugary sweet. Great roasters, stuffers. 
PURPLE BELL-  Deep purple Bells.
ORANGE BELL- The ultimate in orange bells. You won’t believe the  sweet intense flavor. 
CRIOLLA SWEET RED- The BEST tasting and thickest walled red bell around.  The ONE  for stuffed peppers!!!!!!!
QUADRATO ASTI GIALLO  (Yellow) - From Italy. Huge production. Most beautiful of all sweet peppers. Color up in steaks down the side of the fruits. Flavor is superb.
QUADRATO ASTI ROSSA ( Red )- Same as the above, only green to red.
TANGERINE PIMENTO - Fruits profusely and is great for stuffing, canning. 
MINI BELL- Tiny mini bell peppers are produced in amazing amounts.
HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA - Prolific paprika pepper with excellent flavor.
JIMMY NARDELLO’S ITALIAN- Favorite Italian fryer of seed savers. Flavor is not to be believed. Crisp, sweet. Prolific. 
PEPPERONCINI - The crispy, crunchy, thin walled Italian type you see in pickle jars.
PURPLE MARCONI-  Long bullshorn  type . Goes from green to purple to red.
TENNESSEE CHEESE RED - Thick walled flat bells are very sweet and great for stuffing, pimentos or pickling. 

------CHILE PEPPERS------

ANAHEIM CHILE - My favorite chile. Very large and amazing production. Fabulous grilled.
ANCHO SAN LUIS-  Ancho poblano type. 5inches long x 3 inches wide. Mexican cuisine; moles powders etc.
BERBERE COFFEE BROWN- Medium hot chiles are a pretty red-brown when ripe. Great for grilling and  chile powder.
CHIUACLE NEGRO- Three to four lobed garnet  fruits with excellent flavor. Dry them to make dark brown- red chile powder.
BULGARIAN CARROT - Pendant orange fruits. Butterscotch and smoky. Huge crops. I looooooove this pepper !
CARRIBEAN RED HOT- C. chinense -Habanero type.  Bright scarlet pendants are even hotter than Habanero!!!
CONGO YELLOW TRINIDAD- C. chinense -Habanero type. Golden yellow. 2 inches long x 1.5 wide. From Trinidad.
FATALI -  C. chinense- Habanero type. From Central South America. Plants 34 inches tall. Brilliant yellow fruits pack extreme heat. Fabulous sauce or powder.
GOLDEN CAYENNE - Deep golden version with the same heat.
HINKELHATZ - Translates  “ Chicken hearts”  That’s the shape. Ripe stage they are lemon yellow and fiery hot.
HUNGARIAN HOT APPLE-  Thick crunchy flesh bursts full of hot, juicy and sweetly flavored apples.  Great fresh or canned. Very hot. Celery to red.
HABANERO -C. chinense -One of the hottest peppers. Smoky butterscotch flavor. Pretty foliage. Orange fruits.
PEACH HABANERO- C. chinense- Light peachy pink fruits. Beautiful and very hot.
MUSTARD HABANERO- C chinense- Light mustard stripes.
JAMAICAN HOT CHOCOLATE-  C. chinense- Oh, yee who love to cook, this is a must  try. If I’m wrong, call me.
JALORO - A white version of Jalepeno.This is a great addition to jars of pickled peppers. Try green, red  and white.
JIMMY’S LITTLE WHITE HOTS - Marble size rainbow fruits that turn white when ripe. Very pretty and very HOT!
LEMON DROP- C. chinense Similar to Limon but longer and fatter. Very prolific. Intense profume.
LIMON CHILE-  C. chinense My favorite chile for sauce.  Tastes just like smoky lemons.  Plants are covered in brilliant yellow pendants . Hot!
NUMEX BIG JIM- Substantial sized  medium hot chiles are fab grilled, for rellenos, or salsas.  Very prolific plants.
NUMEX SUNRISE -This is probably one of he most beautiful chiles you will ever grow! Think of the brightest yellow possible.  An extreme producer.
NUMEX SUNSET- Same as for the above, only fruits turn  brilliant tangerine orange at maturity.
OLE’ - Much larger version of the standard jalapeno.
PASILLIO BAJO-  C. annuum-  Pendant fruits 7 inches long x 1 inch wide. From Dark green to garnet brown.
PURPLE CAYENNE - Gorgeous purple to red cayennes with the same heat.
PURPLE JALAPENO - Purple foliage, flowers, fruits. Garnet red when ripest.
TABAGO SCOTCH BONNET-  C. chinense- All the great smoky flavor of this variety without much heat at all.  Makes great hot and sweet wings! Sauce made from this variety is a vermilion artists wish they could find in paint!
SERRANO- Fuzzy gray leaves.  Most of us know this as the “salsa” chile. They are, don’t forget, extremely  hot.
WHITE HABANERO- C. chinense- Small white pendant shaped. I made hot sauce with just the whites and vinegar and it was super good!

------EGGPLANTS------

LONG WHITE - Oriental type. Non bitter skin and flesh.
BABY MARBLED - Most beautiful. Tear drop lavender with green and white blushing. 
ROSA BIANCO - Light lavender large teardrop with white shoulders.
ANTIGUA- Brilliant purple fruits with white stripes. Thin oriental type from Italy. 
APPLE GREEN - Completely non-bitter large teardrop fruits on compact plants.
BLACK EGGS - Tiny tear drop fruits. High producing. 
LEBANESE BUNCHING - Long oriental type. Fruits really grow in clusters.
LOUISIANA LONG GREEN -  Long green  oriental type, but fatter. Nice and mild.
LISTADA DE GANDIA-  Large fluted ovals.  Brilliant violet with white shading. Beautiful.  From Italy.  
LITTLE FINGERS - Tiny oriental type. Black. Grows in clusters.
ITALIAN PINK BI-COLOR - Very pale lavender with white/pink shading. Sweet and mild tasting fruits. Very prolific.
ZAHARA -  The earliest of all eggplants. Fruits in 70 days!  Long dark red- purple fruits.
